Welcome! I am Christine and have been touched by the power of Reflexology since my training in Germany in 2016.

During that time, I was moved by how my body responded to the treatments. I felt tension deep in my core around my organs 'drop' and entered into a profound state of relaxation that was beyond what I had experienced.

Reflexology has the ability to bring calm to the whole person while also enabling the flow of energy the body needs to restore health.
