A session begins with listening to you and learning what you need support with and what you would like to address. We will make sure that you are feeling comfortable during the session, either on your recliner, bed or my massage table. I will bring everything that is needed to ensure your comfort and we can use whatever props you may rely on for comfort as well.
The treatments are both very relaxing therapeutic and include tending to your feet and calves with attuned pressure on the reflex points weaved together with massage strokes to soften the muscles in the feet and the calves and can also include craniosacral therapy and myofascial work to further encourage the release of restrictions.
You can greatly enhance the effects of the treatments and support the elimination of toxins from your system, if you drink water before and after the session.
The length of a session is usually 1 hour. Longer sessions are also possible.

Answers to Common Questions
How many sessions do you think I need?
This depends on the person, their state of health, financial means and goals. Sometimes, one session is all that is needed to feel more clear and calm, alleviate pain and shift a dysfunctional pattern. With an open mind, anything is possible. Generally, I’ve found that the body moves into greater health over the course of 4 - 8 sessions or more. I am also here to provide consistent unwavering support long-term to help (re)build a foundation for greater health physically, mentally and emotionally over time. This can look like a series of weekly sessions in the beginning and then spacing them out to bi-weekly, then monthly sessions.
For some people, Reflexology a resource in their life that helps them to maintain their health and feel more at ease. Your body might just let you know when it's time for a treatment.
